With more than 17 years in the industry, Patrick has been involved in all aspects of the facility services business. Duties over the years have included budgeting, staffing, purchasing, marketing and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to forming The Brookline Group, Patrick founded and was president of National Cleaning Systems of America, Inc.Mr. Roberts earned a MBA from the Manhattan College School of Business and holds a BA from LeMoyne College.

Steve Bond, Principal
Steve brings with him more than 19 years of industry experience and has experience in all aspects of the facility services business. Before forming The Brookline Group, Steve managed a portfolio of properties from Philadelphia to Boston where his responsibilities included management of profit and loss, budgeting, marketing, operations, labor relations and bid preparation.

Mr. Bond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rowan University.

Gerard Bert, Associate
Gerard’s professional experience boosts accomplishments in Law Enforcement/Security, Facilities Management, and the Academic field. Gerard’s 15 plus years of experience provides a solid foundation in the multi dimensionally property management industry.

Gerard received his Bachelors of Science in Business from St. John’s University and a Masters in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. He also holds an RPA certification from the Building Owners & Managers Institute.
